Acceptable Use Policy
VAPIP provides static residential ISP connectivity for legitimate business use only. Customers must describe their actual use case before quotation and delivery.
Allowed Use
- Cross-border business operations
- Advertising and landing page quality assurance
- Account security and access stability testing
- Public market information verification
- AI tool access and team productivity workflows
Prohibited Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Spam, phishing, fraud, scams, or impersonation
- Credential stuffing, account takeover, brute force attacks, or unauthorized login attempts
- Malicious account registration or platform abuse
- Unauthorized scraping, data theft, privacy invasion, or intellectual property infringement
- Network attacks, vulnerability scanning without authorization, malware, botnets, or denial-of-service activity
- Bypassing platform rules, payment restrictions, geographic restrictions, or anti-abuse systems for unlawful or deceptive purposes
- Any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party terms
Enforcement
VAPIP may refuse quotation, decline delivery, suspend service, or terminate renewal if a use case is high risk, unclear, abusive, or unlawful. Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of the service is lawful and authorized.
