Service Scope

VAPIP provides access to static residential ISP connectivity resources for legitimate business operations. Availability depends on region, ISP, inventory, bandwidth, traffic requirements, and compliance review.

Quotation and Delivery

All plans are quoted individually. Published pages do not guarantee availability or price. Delivery details, renewal cycle, traffic allocation, support scope, and payment method must be confirmed before service starts.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate use-case information and must use the service only for lawful and authorized purposes. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws, platform policies, and third-party rights.

Suspension and Termination

VAPIP may refuse service, suspend access, or terminate renewal if the use case is unclear, high risk, abusive, unlawful, or violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

No Guarantee

Network performance may be affected by carrier conditions, routing, destination platform restrictions, maintenance, and other factors outside our direct control.
